Crest Real Estate led the entitlement strategies and permit acquisition on this project which became a compound with a neighboring property. The project is truly one of the most breathtaking experiences in all of Los Angeles and was featured in Architectural Digest.
Santa Monica Compound
Crest Real Estate was proud to work on another project featured in Architecural Digest designed by Rios Clementi Hale Architects. Crest worked very hard on this project which had a very aggressive schedule by creating a phased strategy for the construction process which allowed for the home to be built in an expedited timeframe. This magnificent modern take on the rustic barn sits behind a classic gated private driveway and looks over the Riviera Country Club.

One of the finest view properties in the esteemed “Bird Streets” this incredible design by X-Ten Architects was brought to life based on the abilities of Crest Real Estate to work within the complex codes of the Baseline Hillside Ordinance in the city of LA to create an incredible architectural masterpiece.

Awarded many design accolades, the Gores Group Building now stands as a true landmark as one enters the Golden Triangle of Beverly Hills. Crest Real Estate handled permitting efforts as part of an elite entitlements team to gain approvals for the major construction project and handled many of the field changes throughout construction.

Faced with very restrictive zoning laws, Crest Real Estate worked closely with the project team and city officials to craft a way to maximize the Mixed Use, Retail and Residential project on the world recognized street Melrose Place.
Beverly Hills Trailblazer
Crest Real Estate utilized their full knowledge of the code in determining that this Trousdale development project could be the first of its kind under new construction to utilize a daylighted lower level basement. Designed by Vantage Design Group, this house will maximize the incredible values of the real estate in the area by utilizing the views from the lower level which is a rarity in Trousdale.
Sunset Strip Project
This McClean Design home being developed by hillside development Masters the McKillen Brothers is currently under construction and was fast tracked through the permitting process by pulling several phases of project permits to get the team an early start on construction.
This stunning mid-century modern has been brought up to modern day amenities with a substantial addition and retrofitting updated home luxuries. Crest worked closely with the project team to respect the history of the home while adding to it in ways desired by the client and obtained all necessary permits through the historically sensitive city of Beverly Hills. Crafted by the fashion forward design eye of Studio Tim Campbell, this project will now stand the test of time yet again in this Beverly Hills oasis.
This project in the Hollywood Hills is a collaboration effort being built by Lyons Development. Crest Real Estate joined the project after an initial permitting of the project and recognized the ability to gain a 40% increase in square footage to the project which was executed in a time sensitive manor.
