Crest Real Estate Successful at Beverly Hills Planning Commission for new Multi-Family build on Complex Site
A duplex located a half-mile east of the Beverly Hills Civic Center could make way for a low-rise condo complex, according to a staff report to the Beverly Hills Planning Commission.
The proposed development, slated for a triangle-shaped site at 457 N. Oakhurst Drive, was developed in the 1930s. Project applicant Diamond Shield Investments, LLC proposes to clear the property of all buildings, making was for the construction of a five-story, 17,000-square-foot building containing a total of six condominiums and parking for 21 vehicles. The proposed development would consist of two-, three-, four-, and seven-bedroom dwellings, as well as a required rooftop amenity space.
