The Beverly Hills Planning Commission approved the conditional Historic Incentive Permits (HIP) that would deviate or waive development standards set by the Beverly Hills Municipal Code.
The property must be considered Local Historic Landmark status for the HIP to go into effect. The property was purchased by Discovery CEO David Zaslav and wife Pam for $16 million and is currently 1.4acres totaling 3,800-square-feet.
