Jason Somers Obtains Permits to Restore a Hollywood Legend in BH

President of Crest Real Estate, Jason Somers, is overseeing the project on 1033 Woodland Drive to help restore the beautiful home built in 1942. The Beverly Hills Planning Commission approved the conditional Historic Incentive Permits (HIP) that would deviate or waive development standards set by the Beverly Hills Municipal Code.

The property must be considered Local Historic Landmark status for the HIP to go into effect. The property was purchased by Discovery CEO David Zaslav and wife Pam for $16 million and is currently 1.4acres totaling 3,800-square-feet.
