Crest Real Estate, LLC. (“Crest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at crestrealestate.com (the “Site”), how we use and share it, the tracking technologies we rely on, and the rights and choices available to you — including those provided under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and other applicable privacy laws.

This Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Site and in the course of our land-use advisory, permit-expediting, and entitlement services. It does not apply to information collected on third-party websites or platforms that we link to, or to data practices of partners and affiliates that operate under their own privacy policies.

When you contact us, submit a form, request a consultation, or subscribe to updates (including our Los Angeles Wildfire recovery updates), you may provide:
- Identifiers such as your name, email address, telephone number, and mailing address;
- Information about your property, project, or inquiry that you choose to share with us;
- Any other content you include in messages or forms you submit.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers);
- Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit pages, time spent, and approximate location derived from IP address);
- Interaction data from embedded content such as videos.

Our Site uses Google Tag Manager (container ID GTM-NZB5VNG) to deploy and manage tags. Google Tag Manager is itself a tag-management container that does not set tracking cookies on its own, but it loads the technologies below. CALIFORNIA “SHARING” NOTICE Using advertising cookies such as the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CPRA. You can opt out using the methods in Section 7 and Section 9.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We also honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83), California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes; we do not currently make such disclosures.
8. Global & Other State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA and UK may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. Residents of US states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and others) may have rights similar to those described above. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 16.
9. Your Tracking Choices
- Cookie controls. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through our cookie banner / preference center, where available, and change your choices at any time.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
- Global Privacy Control. We treat a valid GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale/sharing for the associated browser or device.
- Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s browser add-on.
- Advertising opt-outs. You can manage interest-based advertising through the tools at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu, and within your Google and Meta account settings.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide our services, comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, and resolve disputes. Cookie lifespans are indicated in Section 3; retention periods otherwise depend on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.
