Crest Manages Permits for Rhianna’s $13.8M Home in Beverly Hills

Famous female musician Rhianna recently purchased the $13.8 million home after it was completely rebuilt with an additional 2,000 sq feet since 2016.

The house entered the market last July at $16.5 million and features a 21st-century presence with modern farmhouse design elements. The home is atmospherically lit with an off-white and black trim with minimalist design features giving it a relaxing feel.
