Crest Submits Entitlements for Mixed Use Development on Rose in Venice

Crest Real Estate helped Marjan Sarshar of Amadora Heights, LLC, the founder of Kreation Organic Juice, filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning seeking approvals to redevelop a parcel at 726 Rose Avenue with a new four-story building featuring 10 apartments above approximately 2,500 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and office space.
