Crest entitles Robert Evans Estate to the Cultural Heritage Commission

Crest Real Estate presents the iconic Robert Evans Estate to the Beverly Hills Cultural Heritage Commission for local Landmark Designation.

On June 18, the commission voted to add two iconic buildings to its local Registrar of Historic Properties. Both properties were listed on the City’s List of Master architects where they are known for their Classical Revival style of design populated with gardens, unique fountains, and other extraordinary ornamental features.
