Crest Restores Glory From Original Project Development Also Handled by Crest

Crest restores the glory of a $24,100,000 mansion in Beverly Hills, California, built by Nassef Sawiri. Sawiri is Egypt’s richest man and the buyer of this glamorous mansion in the Trousdale Estates.

Sawiri has acquired holdings in some of the most valuable companies and sports franchises. He is the single largest shareholder of Adidas, thanks to a 6% stake in the company.

Sawiri built his Trousdale mansion in the late 1960s atop one of the most desirable ridges in the neighborhood. The estate went through numerous renovations that restored it to its former glory.

Erica Adams, a Project Coordinator for Crest, managed this project. She utilizes her planning knowledge and strong communication skills to obtain project approvals for her clients in Beverly Hills.
