Crest Real Estate Supports Rebuild of Ocean Woods Terrace in Pacific Palisades Following Wildfire Loss
Crest Real Estate is proud to support the rebuilding efforts of Ocean Woods Terrace, a 36-unit condominium community in Pacific Palisades that was impacted by the Palisades fire. The project represents a major milestone in the area’s recovery as the first proposed multifamily condominium redevelopment effort within the community following the disaster.
Designed by Kevin Tsai Architecture (KTA), the reimagined Ocean Woods Terrace development reflects a collaborative effort between architects, homeowners, consultants, and city agencies to help restore housing for 36 individual families displaced by the fire. Crest Real Estate has been working closely alongside the KTA team and the homeowners association, helping navigate complex planning approvals, LAHD coordination, and the evolving EO-1 wildfire rebuild process as part of the project’s permit expediting strategy.
The Ocean Woods Terrace rebuild is more than a reconstruction project — it is a community-driven recovery effort focused on resilience, thoughtful design, and long-term restoration for Pacific Palisades residents.
